Get started with Trueinvoice

First-run setup — business details, logo, currency, optional Stripe, and a default invoice style. You only see this once.

Company details and logo as they appear on an invoice

After you sign in (or skip sign-in), Trueinvoice walks you through 5 steps before the main app. Company details and currency are required. Logo, Stripe, and style can be skipped or finished later.

Need to change name or logo later? Use Update your business in Settings.

1. Business (Step 1 of 5)

Set up your business — company name, email, phone, and address

  1. Enter your business name, email, phone, and address as they should appear on invoices.
  2. Tap Continue.

You cannot skip this step.

2. Logo (Step 2 of 5)

Add your logo — upload or skip

  1. Upload a PNG or JPG logo, or tap Skip and add it later in Settings.

3. Currency (Step 3 of 5)

Select your currency — cannot be changed after setup

  1. Choose the currency for invoices (for example USD, EUR, or GBP).
  2. Use the picker or a Popular currencies chip, then tap Continue.

Choose carefully: currency cannot be changed after this step.

4. Payments (Step 4 of 5)

Accept online payments — Connect Stripe or Skip for now

  1. Optionally tap Connect Stripe account so clients can pay with the Pay button on the invoice you send as a link and/or the PDF.
  2. Or tap Skip for now — you can connect later in Settings. See Connect Stripe and get paid.

The app stays free. Fees apply only when a client pays with the Pay button (Stripe Checkout). Bank details you add yourself are not charged.

5. Style (Step 5 of 5)

Choose your invoice style — default PDF template

  1. Pick a default PDF layout (Classic, Formal, Sharp, Professional, and others).
  2. Tap Continue to open the app.

You can change the template later in Configure invoice defaults.
