Is Trueinvoice free?
Yes. Trueinvoice is a free invoice app with no subscription — invoices, estimates, expenses, contacts, templates, and reports are all free to use. If you collect card payments online via Stripe, a small platform application fee applies (see Pricing).
What fees apply when clients pay online?
When you accept online card payments through Stripe Connect, Anodelabs collects an application fee of 0.5% of each successful payment, capped per invoice. See Pricing for the full currency cap list. Stripe also charges its own processing fees — see Stripe’s pricing (rates vary by country and payment method). You can still record bank transfers and cash payments manually at no platform fee.
Is Trueinvoice available on iOS and Android?
Yes. The Trueinvoice invoicing app is available on both iOS and Android. Download from the App Store or Google Play to get started.
How do my clients pay an invoice?
Share a secure web link, QR code, PDF, or email from the app. If you have connected Stripe and left it on for the invoice, clients can pay by card from the shared view or PDF. You can also record offline payments (bank transfer, cash, and similar) manually so status stays accurate.
Can I convert an estimate into an invoice?
Yes. Create a professional estimate with line items, taxes, and discounts, share it with your client, then convert it to an invoice in one tap when they approve.
Does Trueinvoice work offline?
Yes. Local persistence keeps your data available on flaky connections. When you are back online, pull to refresh and sync.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings, or use our account deletion page. Deletion removes your Trueinvoice data according to our Privacy Policy.
How do I export my data or exercise privacy rights?
Email [email protected] to request access, export, correction, or deletion under applicable data protection law. We aim to respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I get support?

What PDF templates are included?
Seven templates: Classic, Formal, Sharp, Professional, Fancy, Executive, and Minimal. Add your logo, signature, accent color, and terms.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only if you want clients to pay by card online. You can create invoices, share them, track expenses, and record manual payments without connecting Stripe.
